Spa Manager – Flow Head Spa

At Flow Head Spa, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Spa Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring a smooth, consistent flow of service throughout the spa.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage responsibilities at both the front desk and operational level, while also stepping in to support the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure

• Manage scheduling for head spa therapists to ensure all treatment rooms are fully utilized and operating efficiently

• Be available to cover shifts when team members call out, ensuring no disruption to scheduled services

• Lead and support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest flow

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a strong presence on social media by creating engaging content, responding to messages, and interacting with followers

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit

• Cater to guest needs by providing refreshments, robes, slippers, and accommodating special requests

• Assist head spa therapists as needed to maintain seamless service delivery

• Oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, and robes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented environment throughout the spa

• Handle administrative tasks and support business operations as needed
